You agree to use Kompreno only for lawful purposes. You must not damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform, or interfere with any other party's use of it. Unauthorised access, scraping, reverse engineering, or any use that violates applicable law is strictly prohibited.

All content on Kompreno — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and calculation methodologies — is the property of Describe Data Ltd and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

4. User content

Where you submit content to Kompreno — including feedback, comments, or data — you grant Describe Data Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, and adapt that content worldwide for the purposes of operating and improving the platform.

5. Limitation of liability

Kompreno is provided as a decision-support tool. Outputs are projections based on inputs and assumptions you provide — they do not constitute financial, actuarial, or regulatory advice. Describe Data Ltd accepts no liability for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from your use of the platform or any third-party conduct connected to it.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from your use of Kompreno shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
